CANCELLATION POLICY

To ensure a smooth experience for all our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: 1. **Cancellation Notice**: We kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer your time slot to other clients who may be waiting. 2. **Late Cancellations**: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment may incur a fee of 50% of the service cost. 3. **No-Show Policy**: If you fail to show up for your appointment without any prior notice, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost. 4. **Repeat Offenders**: Clients who frequently cancel or do not show up for appointments may be required to provide a credit card to hold future bookings. 5. **Emergency Cancellations**: We understand that emergencies happen.
